She rarely ever answers e-mails I find, I was
going to send her a fair amount of money
for some Esca cels last year, but she never 
bothered to answer (as
many other people have found out too) but
I think that Deb Nilsen (webdeb) has her phone 
number so you can e-mail her and ask for it,
I'm sure she'd help as she had the same
problem awhile back.
